Absolutely a single guy. I've visited LOTS of friends, whether they expected me to come by or not. And trust me, as a whole men's RR's are nastier. Don't get me wrong, there are some STANK chicks out there, but the ratio is men over women.

Depends. When I was single and living by myself, my bathroom was always CLEAN (sink, toilet, tub), but messy -- hairproducts, hair dryer, makeup all over the counter. I've been in some single guy's bathrooms that are plain DIRTY -- dirty tub, gross toilet, no toilet paper, crusty towels, but NEAT because they use less grooming products, so don't leave them on the counter.

I've seen some nasty bathrooms, but guys are usually dirtier. Girls are usually very messy, but they don't miss the toilet when peeing.
