I am in the medical field and also an EMT... you are fourteen and have plenty of time to grow. Although if you want to take total advantage for height make sure to do stretches daily. Put your arms up as high as you can every morning all stretch as good as you can. You wont' only feel better but you will feel taller and lengthen your muscles as well. Good luck and don't sweat it!

ya yoga will definately help u as ur muscles got exercise & stretch. play basket ball, climbing etc. height normally grows quickly around 16-17 years. if all that not helps use bigger shoe heals.
