The bottles that I use are called Playtex Ventaire Natural Shape. These are for switching back are forth between bottle and breast.

Adiri makes a bottle specifically designed to be as much like the breast as possible to avoid nipple preference.

I haven't used them, I prefer NOT pumping whenever possible. ;-) It's a pain.

If you are worried about discreet breastfeeding in public, there are special blankets you can get that clip around your neck and cover the baby, you can't even tell what the mom is doing. Easier to pack along than a bottle of pumped milk... just offering another possibility to consider!

I was told Avent when I was pregnant but my son didn't take those. Now I used the Playtex with the liners, he took to that bottle immediately and they're so easy to use. Hope this helps

Playtex. I liked that with my daughter best because you can squeez the air out. I also used avent with my son and those were OK-pricey though! I had problems with the lids always leaking so I switched to playtex with my daughter and was much happier. I breast fed and bottle fed also.

However you decide to feed your baby the best bottle ever is "Doctor Browns bottles" they are more expensive than regular bottles but they cut out all the air a baby can suck up during a feeding. Trust me and my gassy baby on this one they are miracles...

The Playtex ventair bottles work best. It prevents the baby from getting air bubbles in the formula.

I have used every bottle made. I really liked /dr. Brown's, and platex ventaire, but if you are using formula they recommend mixing before putting in the bottle, not real sure way, maybe decrease air bubbles. Whichever bottle you decide o use try to stick with that type only.

I have a 2 year old and also helped raise two godchildren. All three of these kids used Playtex Nursers with disposable liners. They are really inexpensive, come in 2 sizes (4oz and 8oz) and are really easy to clean. You can also buy nipples that support breastfeeding and they work great. Good luck!
