1. Using more than 3 font families in a layout is a big no no. You should stick to One font-family and any variances for Logos are fine. But you've got like 15 different font formats across your logo, your green and blue forum boxes at the top, your buttons and your text itself.(ok so I exaggerated a little)
2. The website over all needs to be more organized. It's like you threw the left division together, and then threw the body together without thinking of one while doing the other. I suggest putting a margin on both sides and shrinking the width down an inch or two.
3. There's just too much to look at, at one time. A big problem with most websites is that the author doesn't use whitespace wisely. There's so much on your page (I'm assuming you only felt like making one page) that I didn't feel like looking over it. This is a problem, because the user won't spend the necessary time on the site. You're not getting your point across at all. I almost got an understanding of what you do, but I got annoyed and left.
4. Your blue and orange in the body are a great couple, but with the neon green logo, and olive green forum box, and the blue forum box, you've got too many color differences.
5. Again, the website is just too wide. Think of a book or a newspaper. There are margins. I've got the highest AVERAGE screen resolution, and the text is just barely out of the screen. just narrow it down a little.
Take a look at how my designer laid out this website. He made incredible use of white space, and even though you must change pages, there is less invasion of the user's bubble. there's plenty of room to have a few adds and still keep that white space. You don't even have to scroll down, if you're in the right resolution:

I'm still coding it, so it's not quite up to standards, yet, but at least it works on all browsers. I still need to clean up my programming. But that I'm stil learning. As for layout, I know my stuff.
p.s. I like the use of the white background. I'm doing that from now on. It's like now that we're out of the Super Hyper WWW frenzy, it's back to looking like printed page. That's good if you ask me. I always hated backrounds.
