For the Record, REAL football is good old English Football {Soccer to Americans}
We invented it, we get rights to the "REAL" football name.
American Football should be Renamed American Rugby, because Football is almost identical to Rugby, except we don't use Pads.
However, best sports are [in no order]
Football (NFL) - I play QB/TE/LB
Football (Euro) - I used to play Goalkeeper
Rugby - I play (and now Coach) Lock for my high school team.
Hockey - I played Centre, Goalie and Defense
Paintball - Yup, play this too. I dominate midfield.
Basketball - I used to play Centre until I realized I'm only 6'3, and I'm white. I gave up.

There are no better sports or best sport.
There are only sports you like and sports that you don't like.

I would say swimming. It can be learned in some fashion by almost every person, even the handicapped, and it accomplishes a whole body conditioning with less physical exertion and joint impact than almost any other activity.
