Yes....especially if you have an open cut or sore in your mouth

yes, it's possible, though unlikely.

If you have open sores, gingivitis, gum disease, or have recently had dental surgery, and your partner ejaculates in your mouth, the HIV virus could be passed to you. There have been just a handful of documented cases in 20 years, but it is possible.

If your partner has HIV, and has any of the above conditions, then if your penis is in their mouth the HIV particles could pass through the mucous membrane on the glans (head of the penis) and you could become infected that way. This is even less likely, but still possible.

If you swallow ejaculate from an infected person, once it leaves your mouth, there is little liklihood of infection. When it reaches the stomach, the acid in your stomach will destroy the HIV particles.

Note that HIV is surprisingly difficult to catch. You don't get any virus through one single copy of the virus; you must be exposed to many copies of it at the same time to become infected. In this case, a much larger amount of HIV must be present than (say) Hepatititis in order to establish an infection.

There are definite, if small, risks to unprotected oral sex for both partners.

Yes you can. The likelihood is higher immediately following brushing your teeth. As well ingesting the semen can increase your chances. Micro abraisions resulting from the friction of the brush and from the contact of teeth to mouth tissue and food to mouth tissue allow for the passage of the virus to the body.
