my testicles are becoming quite enlarged. in fact if this keeps up i may need a wheelbarrow to carry them around in. my wife has a funny smell "down there" and something seems to be leaking out of there too. can our promlems be related? the sex seems to be losing a little something too. i think she's fooling around on me too. what's a fella to do?

Get to a doctor. If you've picked up an infection, you need to know. She needs to be tested too. It could be a yeast infection, which could be passed to you. It's not caused by being with someone else. First find out what it is, and go from there.
