and if they don't buy it they just put it back on the shelf for somebody else to try it on? isn't that kinda gross and unclean?

you are not supposed to. but it happens... thats why you are supposed to wash the underwear, shirts ect. BEFORE you wear it.

Not usually, though I'm sure it does happen. Most of the time, we buy the underwear, and if it doesn't fit us when we get home we just deal with it and either wait till it does fit or go buy more in a different size.
Technically, a store is supposed to "discard" any underwear that has been tried on, even over other undergarments but I'm not sure they do.

i dunt try on my underwear before i buy it i just look at it and make sure it's the right size and no stores i know of let you try on underwears but ya that would be kinda gross thats why after you buy something you wash it it's comon sense and why they hell are you asking this type a question ...ppl come up with the weirdest questions ever siricly!!

Who'd want to? I can tell if panties are gonna fit just by looking at them. Many are sealed in plastic these days anyway. Why? You wanna go around the stores giving 'em a good sniff?

many stores do not allow ladies to try underwears, however there are a few that would allow you to try it over your underwear. to be on the safe side wash before you wear.

Well if u do try underwear on, people should have their regular underwear on and then try the new underwear on over ur regular underwear.
