How do you rearrange your bills to match your income?

Some places may let you change the due date, so that its due the 28 instead of the 15th or whatever. You have to call and ask though...

You may have to consider luxuries you can go without like movie channels on cable or paying people to wash your car.

If you're saying you need to rearrange the time they are due every month to be able to pay them when you get paid, I would suggest stashing money away so you can be sure to pay all the bills that come up.

I have cut down on my electric bill by replacing regular bulbs with energy saving ones and removing some where they are not needed. No tv on all night either.
For heating bill last winter i put material that is used for blankets i purchased from my crft store on all the windows in my house. They are old and drafty. I put them right underneath my regular drapes and curtains. Plus they are white and let some light in. I cut down on my food bill by making a menu and sticking with it. We use to eat out all the time now it is down to twice a month. And if my kids eat all the food in the house all at once I don;t replace it they have to wait till next weeks shopping trip.
