Incorrect. What's 1+5? Your c choice also demonstrates that this is not correct, since 26 is not divisible by four.
The sum of any two odd numbers IS divisible by two, except for additive inverses of each other, like -3 and 3, which equal 0 when added together. So a better rule would be that the sum of any two positive integers is divisible by two; or make the additive inverses the exception.

I believe what the statement should be that the sum of any 2 CONSECUTIVE odd numbers is divisible by 4.
1+3=4
3+5=8
5+7=12

Incorrect. If x and y are any natural numbers, then all odd numbers can be represented as 2x+1 and 2y+1. The sum is 2(x+y+1). This is not necessarily divisible by 4.

No, 1+1 = 2
3 + 3 = 6
7 + 3 = 10
Any two odd, positive, and whole numbers added together are evenly divisible by two. Not four.
