first you need to play in either Minnesota, Massachessets or Michigan. That is where most of the scouts will spend any time at all. Outside of that, as the one person said you need to dominate at your age level and be able to play at least an age group above your own.

Lucky is right. But don't overlook hiring an agent. No matter what age you are, if you are good and smart, check on sports agents. You pay them to get your name and abilities in front of coaches.

play every shift like its your last. you should be nearly puking every time you get off the ice. that is if your natural ability isn't enough to get noticed.
