If you are a beginner, don't use an opening. Use correct technique.

1. Develop your pieces
2. Control the center
3. Secure your king (usually castle early)

If you can do all of these things at the beginning of a game of chess, you are off to a great start!!

If you are talking about chess use the Queens pawn opening to start with. As you learn more progress the King's pawn openings then on to the English and other various openings once you get more game time in.

can you be more specific, opening for what? You probably mean Chess considering the category, but you should specifically state your question so that there is no ambiguity if you expect appropiate answers.
