I get mad really fast and am always frustrated. I will curse at everything, especially the elevator in my dorm. People getting in my way, or anything that is taking too long makes me really frustrated. Anybody have a similiar problem? And if you do, how do you calm yourself down?

If I'm mad at somebody walking too slow, I won't say anything to them.

I don't curse at anyone, they don't even hear it. It's under my breathe.

I do understand those reactions, however believe it or not what you are doing is healthier than keeping it in until it explodes. Some people will respect you too, because they understand where you're coming from. I would just warn to make sure you don't argue with people close to because of outside factors. Be upset at the thing at hand and don't let it spill over into other factors. i.e. The elevator is slow so I hate your face, haha know what I'm saying?

can relate to what your saying, your life is filled with such anger, and it is better to let it out, but one tiny word please, watch the cussing, people will listen to you and respect your idea's and thoughts, till the swearing comes in, then they just don't want to hear it, and its been showed that swearing is just a triad of having nothing intelligent more to say
