Are they rare? How much are they worth?

You used to get them in Scotland, dont know if they still do them now, no £1 notes in England though

very rare as they have not been legal tender since 1984. If you have one in good condition it might be worth something.

They are getting scarcer but, as with the £1 coin, they are no longer worth much!

£1 notes are still in use here in scotland, i have 1 in my purse just now, they are only in use here in scotland. Dont listen to ppl saying they are not in legal tender, my son loves them we have to save them for him as they r running out.

they're actually mostly only available up here in scotland, england have a habit of refusing to accept them in their shops. but they are slowly going out of circulation up here too x
sarah i think youll find that they are still legal tender! they are still accepted all over scotland x

Dear PinkPixie it is true that they are no longer in use but alas no they are not rare.
