It's for my halloween costume. I'm dressing up as Waldo. I can't find anywhere online that has a red and white striped long sleeve shirt. If I can also get a Waldo's hat, that'd be great too!

You'll need a can of red spray paint (you can use fabric paint, but for a one-time use you don't need to). I found this on a website:

Here is how to make a Waldo costume:
Get a white long sleeve t-shirt. Paint red stripes on it (for nitpickers, that's 5 on the sleeve, 4 on the torso, and one for the collar).
Get a white ski hat. Paint a red stripe on the bottom. Paint the top puffball red.
Get some blue jeans or blue pants.
Get a cane or walking stick.
Get some brown shoes.
Get some thick-rimmed glasses or make some frames out of black pipe cleaners or cardboard.
All I am trying to say here is that this is one of the easiest make-it-at-home costumes you could imagine.

Don't stress out over this. Halloween should be fun. I think it is great that you are planning ahead. My solution to your problem is that you go and find Waldo and ask him where he got his! Good luck!
