What you describe isn't an emotion - this is a synaptic nerve reaction to a cognitive catalyst. An emotion is an expressed feeling - not a bio-chemical appropriate behaviour like the occasion you have provided. What you try to assert, i think of, is the emotion of not on time/repressed sorrow. besides, my everyday emotion is bliss.
