find things to do that cost minimal money such as walking, hiking, a day at the lake or beach. Bring your own lunch then you can just treat yourself to an ice cream or soda.
Museums, art galleries, see the local sights, take a walking history tour downtown, volunteer someplace, go watch the sunset at a lake or beach. Have a get barbecue at home and have everyone bring something to eat, have a game night at home with friends.

Expense on leisure means money you are spending on things just for enjoyment, but that you could live without. If you have more money going out then coming in, those are the things to cut first. (You can live longer without see a movie then you can without eating)
