Tom Hanks....he played all kind of roles .... sad and funny, lover, gay, positive hero, and bad person .... and he was very believable in all of them..... He is a well rounded actor.... THE BEST!

I agree about Sean Connery. Except he DID get the lifetime acheivement award just about a month or so ago. Di Niro is great, so is Pacino.

Carroll O'Connor for his role as Archie Bunker. He captured the essence of the every day working stiff as well as showed the ignorance we all have to some degree. I would fathom a guess that our grand children's grand children will be watching "All in the Family"!
