I was laid off from my job that i was at for 4 years and was there everyday and never late but I was laid off. I am looking for a job that I can do at home. I have waisted enough money on these scams and I will not pay one cent to have a job I am experience in clerical field-word, excel,quickbooks,outlook and I would like to get paid for my experience. So do not contact me if at anytime there will ever be a charge because I will not pay it.

Hope you find something. Keep in mind to do your research on every company about working at home. Check with the BBB (better business bureau). If you are interested in home based business, keep in mind almost all of them have a start up fee. You're not paying them to work for them, you're paying for products to get you started. Some companies may allow you to start up without products for little to no fee but it depends on their policies. Robert Kiyosaki's book "The Business School" talks about getting on the other side of the cash flow quadrant. So look into some of the home based companies where you can work for yourself instead of someone else.
Check around on line like craiglist.com for jobs you can do from home. A lot of lawyers and doctors will allow you to do certain work from home as well to work with them so check those lawyers/doctors in your area out.

You might want to look into the field of Virtual Assistance. Its not the easiest field to get up and running. You'll need a solid business plan, marketing plan, computer equipment, high speek connection, printer/fax/etc.
I don't plan on doing the production of the actual paperwork myself - I'll use Kinkos for production work. However, the printer is for the small jobs. And I use a VOIP phone service that give me a toll free number, a "virtual" receptionist, voice mail, etc.
If you haven't the equipment to get started, you'll need funding. There are tons of Yahoo groups and websites to help you get going. You can even see how to charge for your services. Oh - and don't pay somebody to start up your business. If you can't do it yourself - learn how.

Work at home jobs are hard to find. Technical, phone work or writing jobs are the most common legit ones. You may want to check out some job leads at http://wahjobs.blogspot.com Plus there is a listing of companies that regularly hire telecommuters
