definiitely! IT was put out when Tom Cruise was all the rage. Right after Top Gun I believe.
The only good thing I got out of it was finding out the name of a good cognac.

Not one of the worst movies of all time, but one of Cruise's worst. It was actually pretty big when it was out - but then again, many movies (especially Cruise's) may make alot of money but that doesn't make them good!

Yes "Cocktail" was bad, but nearly as bad as "Damnation Alley" or "Footloose" or the absolute worst movie ever made, "Smokey and the Bandit 3, Smokey is the Bandit."

i actually liked that movie. the worst movie ever made in my book was "War of the Worlds" w/Tom Cruise. that was the worst movie i've ever seen in my entire life and i'm 32 years old so there's been tons of movies interwoven through there. it was just stupid 100%.

It's so bad it's good. The whole thing about being a Bartender Poet. I actually bought it on DVD so I can make fun of it whenever I want to.
