you come across that plenty human beings interior the North of england e.g lancashire do call trousers 'pants' It at a loss for words me for a on a similar time as, even though it rather is particularly common & constantly has been the case. The English language is particularly great even interior the united kingdom, with a good number of the worldwide speaking it to boot then you definitely gets defferent words, ,meanings , spellings, dialects etc. 'Pants 'fairly make experience in case you think of roughly it. Mens underclothes are 'underpants' ie that decrease than the pants. To the guy who pronounced 'sidewalk' Out Yankee friends use this for 'pavement'...yet 'sidewalk' is fairly an 'previous English' term which became used in England up untill the sixteenth Century. a good number of so referred to as 'americamisms' are fairly previous english words & words which we in England do not use anymore. So don't be too speedy to criticise the yanks. additionally the guy who asked what Rome had to do with English Language, DUH ! a good number of English language is latin based, with impacts in an prolonged time from scandinavia & saxon/germanic.

They're called "Dickies" and are sold at K-Mart, Wal Mart, Target and other mass discounters. If there's a Marshall's or TJ Maxx in your city, you may be able to find them there also.

Look under uniforms - maybe you could try one of those safety supply stores. Also try coveralls, overalls, or workwear (one word).
Here's a link to cargo work pants:

The style itself would be,," coveralls",,,,or "Overalls",,,,coveralls are like a jumpsuit ,,,overalls are sometimes called "bib-overalls",,because they have a flap for a front panel,,,like a farmers outfit
