Since the folder was created by an administrator, only an administrator can access it.
Log on not as the adminitrator
Create a folder in My Document to eventually hold the files from "folder" -- lets say "folder2"
Log off
Log back on with an adminstrator account
Go to "folder" and move the files from it to "folder2"
Log out
Log back in as you and you should be able to access "folder2" since you created it

You need to take "ownership" of it. This is how you do it.
1) Restart Windows
2) Hit F5 or F8 and boot in safe mode.
3) Log in as Administrator
4) Right-click on the offending file or folder and select properties.
5) Select Security Tab
6) Click Advanced button
7) Select Ownership Tab
8) assign ownership to yourself.
9) Click Ok and re-start windows.

Use normally.

Your permissions set for your My Docs folder does not allow you to have full access permissions. Right Click on your folder and review your settings. If you cannot modfiy the settings contact your admin. There are of course other ways around that though..... :-)

the folder is corrupted. try running scandisk to repair errors in the folder. if that doesn't work ask someone if it might be a registry problem and if so how to fix it.

that's because you don't have privilege to access the folder, your network administrator did not give you permission to access it.
