I mean soccer! Oh, I hate that word! Football is much better! But many just don't understand!

it is just very exciting. it's fast paced and quick and you just wait for what is going to happen in the next play. maybe a perfect cross or a header...some kind of perfect play and outstanding goal. it's just really really exciting to watch and i love it.

Football is a very exciting game. It's the whole package that makes it popular. It's the fluidity of the game. The length is just right. 90 minutes. The play involves the whole team. Skillful players can leave you amazed with their feats on the field. The pace of the game is good. The rivalries in the leagues are fierce, right from the top tier to the lower leagues. It also has elements of nail biting tension, especially during penalty shootouts. The game is simple and straightforward ( except for the offside rule :) ). Also, cup knockout competitions always raise up the possibility of the giant-killing act, which is always loved by neutrals. For the football connoisseur, the different strategies and styles of play adopted by different teams can provide hours of discussion and analysis. All in all, football has something for everyone, and hence the popularity.

What I like about football is that the game is fluid, there are no interruptions and the roles change from defense to offense very quickly.
It is all about finding the empty spaces, figuring out the opponents' weaknesses and how the players move. It is a bit like chess in that sense only that the pieces are in constant motion.
It requires great technique and control of your movements leading to spectacular plays.
Scoring a goal is very difficult so if the team you are supporting is playing you feel the anguish of not scoring, the drama of a missed chance, the relief when the other team misses and when it finally comes you can shout in ecstasy: GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAL !!!

How come football doesn't interesting? ha ha ha
It's play on a big field with 22 players fight for one ball to score the goal after they scored the goal (which is with hard work...) they put that ball in the middle and starts again...seems fool for few people but thats what makes football interesting =)
And there's always involve skills, speed, talent, emotion, smart, art and whole lot of things... =)

Football is related with speed, skill & judgement. So all should be interested in it. If the question why I am then I like to take a 90 minute full refreshment with full of exitement.

i guess its like a roller coaster ride ,evrything is happening so fast like a blur there's always some team in the opposing half and it is sure to make ur adrenaline pumping throughout the match.It doesnt require to stand a round like people do in cricket and baseball!
its loads of better and the players are alot more exciting!!

its definitely the most popular game ... personally i love soccer cos of the the ball that drives me crazy... its like the american football and rugby... but soccer has something more than that....
