Bus Speed is the speed at which data is transferred to controllers and peripherals from the CPU
Processor Speed is the speed at which the CPU performs calculations. This is usually recorded in MIPS (machine instructions per second).

Your processor is a chip. It processes data at a maximum speed. But if that speed is faster than the speed the data is given it, which is the bus speed, it can not go any faster than the bus speed. Bus speed is the speed the computer can deliver data to the chip and store the results.
Faster processor speeds look good and advertise well. But the true speed of the computer is determined by bus speed, caches, etc.

The bus speed is the speed that the information travels from the processor to the other controllers in the PC. The processor itself performs various calculations and functions.
If the bus speed is 533MHz then a processor that goes faster than that will not be able to send the information out any faster than that regardless of the CPU speed.

quite simple
1. Bus speed : normally a computer has three basic buses(mode of carring but phyiscally they are set of connections). Data bus, instruction bus and last the control bus. These set of wires carry respective signals like data, instruction and control signals. The speed at which a information/control can be transmitted between one device/component in unit time (microsec).
2. where as processor speed is the amount/number of instructions which cpu can excute in unit time(microsec/nanosec). A faster CPU can excute more number of instruction per sec. Thus even if your mother board houses a fast processor but having slower bus speed will surely downgrade your system performance and vise a versa.
All the best

Bus Speed decides the data transfer's speed between the diff parts of your CPU.
While the processor speed determines the speed of the processor to handle the data sent to it.
