well no one made HIV/AIDS. But it is believed that it came from africa from humans eating infected bushmeat (specifically monkey brain tissue). The reason why its so high in the african society, however, is because of lack of funds to keep peoples immune system healty (i.e. lack of food and fresh water) and also a lack of money with which to buy drugs. also another big problem is lack of contraception knowledge, and lack of condoms available. safe sex is not practiced enough in some regions. Poverty is due mostly to the lagging economy in africa and the continued wars in some regions. Funds are spred to thin to make a real difference. Hope this helped.

The developed countries make it like that because they don't care. They have disastrous regulations and laws that hold back African countries to make them poor and they do not nearly enough to help treat HIV/AIDS which is also having a HUGE economic impact on the continent making it even poorer.

There are have also been natural disasters that have had a huge economic impacts such as flood and droughts.

It can be difficult to grow crops there as well due to poor soil and lack of water. Also now there are shortfalls in labour supplies, due to HIV/AIDS, doubling the disaster.

There are many problems in Africa and it will take a long time to recover. Developed countries need to start realizing the impact of their harsh trade laws and aggressive business policies if there is ever to be any progress made in Africa to reduce poverty rates and increase access to HIV treatment.

Extreme poverty is a combination of droughts and corrupt governments appropriating funds intended to help the people of various African nations. The AIDS crisis is due in part to the same corrupt governments allowing the people to remain uneducated regarding how HIV is spread and also the refusal of some African governments to acknowledge the problem.

Colonial legacy!!!!The dis empowerment of the indigenous populations and the deliberate dismantling of social justice amongst them have attributed to the poverished condition which leads to other social problems.
