keep a food diary, u might be suprised how many calories ur consuming wihtout realising it, like in drinks etc. This is where most people are kidding themselves, all those sugars in coffee, that little sweet, eating the leftovers from the family dinner, tasiting dinner as ur cooking it etc add up.
I was shocked to the core when i first did it
then when u are realistic about ur calorie consumption
start to excercise for at least an hour a day
properly
like a good brisk walk etc, after ur walk do push ups, sit ups, squats, u dont need to join a gym to get fit.
I was amazed how quickly my ability to do push ups increased so quickly
I now challenge the guys!!! I could only do about 2 to start, now can do 50 easy!
losing weight isnt easy, but finding the tools to do so are.

That's the problem you don't think about it. What's the point in setting your mind to do something, but telling your self that you can' t do it. it just don't make sense. I lost weight, but that's because I stopped eating for a few days. you can do it if you believe you can.

Have you tried the Hollywood Diet? It'll shrink your stomach big time. Make sure you don't go to a buffet after because then it'll all be undone. After that diet, listen to your body and only eat what it'll allow you to. I do it once a month. It cleanses my body and makes my waist shrink like crazy.

control your food,exercise every morning,eat salad and drink plain water at noon,at night eat a little bit of rice and vegetables and drink green apple juice or plain water.

drink lots of fruit juices,eat oats,fruits,exercise,exercise and more exercise dint forget to have lots of sex {after all it is exercising], just make sure you practice safe sex. if you have kids,playing games with them like hide and seek will definitely help you not only take off but keep of
