Why do you people make Gnarls Barkley so popular? They're a complete joke. I thought Tenacious D was a joke on the American side... Gnarls Barkley is pathetic. Even the name itself is just a weak attempt at ripping off a former NBA player in the U.S. (CHARLES Barkley). I guess it goes to show the music scene isn't what it used to be before MP3 downloads and iTunes... it's been reduced to 2-man circus.

Oh right... if you say you like their music you belong in a box of Kellogg's (with the rest of the flakes just like yourself).

How is it that I ask a question about MUSIC and I get an answer about GEOGRAPHY??? England is England... Ireland is Ireland. You can have Scotland and Wales, you lost Ireland... deal with it and move on already.

Arctic Monkeys are just as bad... did you hear how conforming they are??? Taking down ads of their cd cover with the band member smokin a cigarette??? It's an oxymoron to be in the Music business which is all about freedom of expression and conforming to restrict that same expression.

I m english yet not in favour of Gnarls Barkley either and as we are on the subject James Blunt also. But music is not what it used to be now it is manufactured to formula rather than being original and inspiring. Youth today really don't know any better and are spoon fed trash in the guise of music.
To be honest most Number Ones are rubbish and years ago you could get a decent song at least a 2 or 3 times a year. Now it is all the same, when you hear a new song it almost like you could of heard it before.

Right now the English music scene is a joke. There have been no decent albums in a while. Hell, there hasn't even been any decent single. Well, Orson's 'No Tomorrow' was OK, shame about the rest of the album... This X-Factor crap is killing pop as well. We need to sort it out!
