I agree with BronxBomber22. The Red Sox are out, the Tigers....well, they're a good team. But, just look at all the players the Yanks have---Damon, Bernie, Melky, Jeter, Posada, Rivera, A-Rod, Abreu, Cano....... the list just goes on and on. I think the Yankees will win the World Series this year. GO YANKEES!!!!!!!

Yep, the Red Sox are out, the Tigers suck and can't seem to win any games now, the ChiSox can't really beat NY becaus etheir pitching is worse, and Minnesota has no starters except for Santana. Yeah, like Boof Bonser is going to beat us.

No. The Yankees have to beat the White Sox and face the Tigers. They won't go to the World Series this year.

Yes. They just beat the best of the central division and they have had their way with everyone in the AL except the Angels. Unless the Angels suddenly get hot the Yankees look too strong to stop.

Det is 2-5 agains NY this season, 1 win comming aginst fill in closer Proctor
Chi- was swept by NY earlier before winning 2 of 3
Min- always looses to NY in the divisional series...santana wins game 1 and NY wins the rest.

Why does everyone think the central teams are good. They have the Royals in their division, so relax. The Yanks will dominate in the playoffs because they have the Cy Young winner (Wang), and the MVP(Jeter), and the best pitcher that ever played(Rivera), so they won't just be in the World Series, they'll win it.

I think they have the best shot in years however starting pitching has been suspect all year and a key injury to Moose or Wang could spoil the party.
