I am assuming that you want to check without anyone knowing that you are checking.
Check out the website of the county that the house is in. If you look at the county report for tax assessment, many times it will tell the number of rooms, as well as the square footage, number of bedrooms, year built, etc.
Some counties put it all online for free for the public.
Check it out, you might get lucky.

Why don't you ask your daughter to count them . Then you will know. I have fourteen in mine I justcounted them so that's how you find out . You count. Have a good day.

Go to WWW.ZILLOW.COM and punch in his adress. It will give a picture of the house and also all the information about how many bedrooms, bathrooms etc.................
