Anything is good or bad depends on how it is been percieved /used.
It is the same in case of internet.It is based on the user who uses the internet.
If it is been used to advance knowledge in certain aspect like going through the different tutorials,searching for recipies and many more
it is for good.
If the user is interested in things which r morally bad then he would access such information through internet where internet is been misused.
Whether it is constructive or destructive is based on the ideas implemented.

The internet is neither good nor bad. The internet simply allows you a way to gather and read information. It is the content of the information that may be good or bad. The information itself may be correct , or it may be wrong. The internet is just a tool. Like any tool, it can be used to your benefit , or, if used incorrectly, it could also be harmful to you.

Internet has opened up an enormous wealth of information for all, at the click of the mouse. Its tremendous advantage is in access and transmission of the information in the quickest possible time. Its bane is that it corrupts; too much of information corrupts too much with too little scope for self restraint. It creates an obsession which saps the vigour for fresh and original thinking. The young mind which is glued to the Internet is not introduced to the pleasure of reading.

they are both good and bad. it's bad because children can be endangered 2 it even with protection anyone can get a child and do all kinds of things with them to convince them to see the predator. The good thing about it is that u can use them for entertainment or reference 2 something that is impossible 2 find.

Yes, it is - good and bad, just like almost every other creation or discovery of humankind since fire and the wheel.
Things (such as the Internet) can't really be classified as "good or bad"; it's how WE use them that produces the good and/or the bad.
