Im a Dr. and i perform vasectomies every day and no you can not reverse it unless you change sex which i am sure you did because you asked if a vasectomy was reversable but youre a girl so you must have changed sex!!

It's incredibly rare, but yes it can happen, naturally. I worked with a girl who's husband had a vasectomy. About 3 years later, she experienced severe weight gain and when she went to the doctor they found a dead fetus in her and when they did testing on it, it matched the DNA of both her and her husband (which eliminated the possibility of her cheating), he had to get it redone b/c it had reversed itself naturally.

In some cases, yes. It depends on how long ago the surgery was done and who is doing the reversal. Get several references to determine how successful the surgeon is.
