I assume the engine is still in the car.
If you have a manual transmission, put the car in a high gear, 4th or 5th, place the parking brake, or have some one hold the brake while you use a long break-over and socket to turn the bolt in the center of the balancer. Once the bolt is removed, use a gear puller to remove the balancer. (you can rent these from a parts store)

If it is an automatic transmission, you may need to remove the starter and use a prybar or large screwdriver to engage the flywheel teeth while an assistant removes the center bolt on the balancer.

The best thing to use is either an electric, or air impact wrench. If neither of these are avalable I have removed the starter and used a large screw driver or small pry bar to hold the fly wheel, however this will take two people.

A large pipe wrench on the pulley with enough cloth in the jaws to not dig into the metal and/or an old pulley belt in the pully if it is big enough in cross section to keep the jaws off the metal. Alternatively a table vise but it cannot grip as well as a pipe wrench

Use one of those nylon strap wrenches to hold the balancer. Or an air gun if you can get it in there.

You need a puller. Find one that will fit at an auto parts store. They are quite cheap.
