We have been trying for a kid and have been trying after 10 - 15 days after my periods. For past 3-4 days, i feel a cramp or my tummy (below stomach) hurting. It isn't paining an awful lot, but feel quite different. I have it while sleeping too. Could i be pregnant? Pls help. Its been just over a week, and can i feel being pregnant within a week or am i just thinking loud and imagining stuff ?

take a test, you know your body the best and if something feels different it very well could be different and you could be pregnant. congratulations if you are and good luck and keep trying if you arent.

I'm not sure how long it takes for this to happen, but I've heard where women can actually feel when the fertilized egg implants itself into the uterine lining. They say it feels like a crampy, twinge like pain but nothing excrutiating. Maybe that could be what you are feeling? Also if it is something like a constant dull ache, it might be an ovarian cyst. That pain can be felt all the time-like while sleeping. The only way to tell is take a pregnancy test or go to the doctor. Best of luck!

Well,hun it is too early to tell.I have to say those who are trying to concieve when thinking about being pregnant sometimes get the symptoms or create the symptoms which are in their minds.It does not make them crazy by no means.Now,having said that you will have wait until about a week(for the most accurate result) after your first missed expected period.Go to your local drug store and purchase a pregnancy test.I would advise you to go to your obgyn they can usually tell about 2 weeks earlier(estimation) through a blood test.If you are not,one thing i would advise you and your significant other to do is do not think about getting pregnant when "doing the deed"(Im trying to type this in a respectable manner,sorry).It often times puts pressure on you both,just relax and keep in mind that it will happen you just have to let it happen and dont make that the only reason you make love to your significant other.Dont put stress on yourselves,that is a mistake that many make and then once they stop trying so hard they get pregnant.If you arent pregnant then just relax and have fun.If you are enjoy it and embrace it because you deserve it.Good luck.

The only way that you can be sure if your really pregnant is to take a pregnancy test. You should not be feeling any sort of pain or baby movement this early!

Yes (my friend had pains that felt kind of like her period), but just be patient. Don't worry about it. If it happened it happened. If it didn't you can try again. Wait a few weeks and get a pregnancy test.
