Microsoft Certified System Engineer.
one persumed to be thorough on a microsoft product is called a MCSE. He/She has to clear a number of papers to achieve the certificaton (on net).
I am one of them who did but right now with service and has been alloted task to maintain vintage Radar system (has nothing to do with MCSE).

I suggest donot do it for the purpose of job.

All the best

^^ they are right.. You would get Network Administration, Desktop support at high end companies, Managerial positions in IT and various other Tech and networking positions. It's a series of 7 exams that cost alot however you can study them in sections and take one at a time.
