I have this wierd medical condition that gives me chapped lips (on my face, don't get all perverted on me). That's the only symptom. They're not super chapped, but l can notice it. Other than that I'm a hottie. Is it gross to kiss someone with chapped lips or is it not even a problem? I have had bf's in the past with chapped lips and I didn't even notice it. But I still worry.

No its not gross...YOUR just self conscious of them because they are your lips... Just get some SOFTLIPS its a sort of chap stick, it works great. You can get it in the pharmacy section at walmart.

I'm sure it's fine as long as they're not peeling or cracked. Carry around some Chapstick or lip balm in your pocket and apply it throughout the day especially in the winter. That's what I do. I'm sure kissing won't be a problem.

No its not not gross as long as you use lip balm.
Also a trick that I do at least once a week to keep my lips moist and soft is put vasaline on your lips and rub/brush them with a soft toothbrush to get off all the dead skin!
