Try Nature's Miracle -- it's for pet stains, but I bet it will work well. I'd also follow the spot with a steam cleaner/spot scrubber.

you will want to steam clean the cushion, also at a janitorial supply store you can pick up a certain solution to treat the inside foam for odour. Depending on the type of fabric on the cushion, sometimes this is injected into the foam thus not having to pull the foam out. Ask at the store they will provide what you need.

Try a product called Spot Shot. It has worked well for me in the past for carpet stains. It might work on a couch cushion...

Urine is very hard to remove it's odor. You will probably never ever get the smell out. Good Luck in trying.

wipe down with soap and water, or take thecover off and wash it in COLD water, soak as much urine out of the foam as possible with towels, and put the cover back on WET/ then febreze the whole thing.
