In the earliest part of pregnancy, light spotting right around the time you’d expect your period (or a little beforehand) is usually a sign that an embryo has implanted itself into the uterine wall. (That’s good!) Spotting after intercourse is often the result of the increased sensitivity of your cervix to any kind of minor bumping or irritation. (Some 20 percent of all pregnant women will have some spotting during their first trimester; after that, spotting is less likely to occur, and even if it does, it’s still not necessarily an ominous sign.) Later in pregnancy, blood-streaked mucus may indicate the loss of your mucous plug or the beginnings of labor.
Real bleeding, on the other hand, is rarely an entirely benign sign. Bleeding can accompany any number of pregnancy complications, so pinpointing its cause is something best left to your practitioner.

Well, technically no. Your period is the shedding of the liningo f your uterus. When you're pregnant you no longer shed that lining. So, you cannot have a period while pregnant, BUT youc an have bleeding while pregnant, which soem women think is their period. Have your friend take a test first thing of the morning & if it's positive tell her to get to the doc ASAP.

Yes it is possible, although 3 months is still early for feeling the baby movements. My cousin was already 5 months pregnant when she find out-she has some pounds much and she thought she's putting some weight on

That's highly unlikely, it's probably just gas. You won't feel your baby move until at least five months, if you are pregnant, but yes, you can continue having your period for a few months when you are pregnant. Those at home pregnancy tests are highly accurate and they're cheap, go for it. But I really don't think she is.

Yes you can be pregnant and still get a period, but it is very light (spots at most)...tell her to get a pregnancy test then.
