In the parable of the rich man that died he was able to remember how he treated the poor man that used to beg ,and he asked if somehow he could warn his relatives not to treat people the way he did .Therefore I believe that after you die your soul has a memory.

No.you have taken so many births do you remember anything about your previous life. Sometimes miracle happens but otherwise when a soul leave the body it erases its past with it.

Not really, according to buddhism only "karma", the effects of your past actions, pass from life to another life (to any action corresponds a reaction). Although, clairvoyants have developed their minds to some degree and are able to recall past lives.
