You need to record everything. Like if he shows up where you are. If he calls you. What he is doing when he calls or shows up. Write down date and time too. After a week or so then go to the police station. And after that go to the court house and file a restraining order. The police will probably tell you that they can't do anything until he actually tries to harm you in some way. But make them file a report anyways. The court might not give you the restraining order if there is no police documentation of his stalking you. Good luck

File a police report, get a restraining order, have your big male family members scare the p*ss out of him, buy a very aggressive dog and teach it to attack, or tell the stalker you have v.d. and you are losing your mind from the syphilis.
