As ridiculous as your question seems or was designed to be, it is likely that early human ancestors did mate with chimpanzees and produce viable offspring. There are also rumors that Stalin ordered Soviet scientists to attempt human/primate breeding to create a kind of super soldier. Donkey and horses have successfully mated, as have horses and zebras, and lions and tigers (if the Internet is to be believed). On a level of social acceptability, though, I would not advise it. Besides, how would you proove consent?

No, humans and chimps aren't the same species, and, to my knowledge, only members of the same species can procreate in any situation.
