If this is you we are talking about only you know what you want to do, if this is just a hypothetical question be careful!! If i had only 1 year to live I guess i would go on a holiday somewhere warm and forget about that it would be my last. Then come home and start to plan for my childrens future wills, trust, personel affects birthday cards, film some special stuff for them. Then i would do some pratical stuff make sure the kids had enough clothes for 6 months after i gone e..t.c wills e.t.c, then i would live every minute as it was my last say what i mean, do what i want but while doing this i wouldn't want any family members hurt with reckless talk/doing. If this is you have you talked things through with anybody?

A world cruise, a trip on the orient express, spend like theres no tomorrow, cos there isnt gonna be.
Sleep with everyone u can, take all the drugs u can. Write to all those people u always wished u said the thing u wanted to say at the time.
Carpe diem, forget the afterlife bullshit, unless uve been really really bad in this life.
Go to churchill in canada and see the polar bears
go to thailand and ride and elephant
go to australia and swim with the dolphins
so much to do so little time

I'm really sorry about that. But if I had a year to live I'll travel around the world. Visit family that live in another country. Learn a new language. Buy something pretty everyday just for fun. Eat in nice restaurants. Go to the 7 Wonders of the World. But if you dint have enough money for that...just reunited with new and old friends and family, say how much you love them and appreciate their help and just have fun for the rest of your year.

try a skydive and rock climbing. they will give you a sense of acomplisment as well as a fantastic rush. i would also suggest seeing how the rest of the world lives outside the the walls of your own country(not a sun holiday but something like bagpacking where you can meet people more naturally). Just experience the world. Good luck.

A year left? People who are not yet saved should seek Jesus as their Lord and Savior so that we may live eternally in Heaven.
John 3:16-18
For God loved the world (you, me, everyone) so much that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him may have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to be its judge, but to be its savior. Whoever believes in the Son is not judged; but whoever does not believe has already been judged, because he has not believed in God's only Son.

I'd spend as much time as I could with my kids and I would write cards for every birthday until they became 18 with a special gift. They are precious and I wouldn't want them to forget me or know what I wanted for them.
