...you were working at a job and were planning to move but later found out that you are not going to move until 2-3 months later and your supervisor tells you she will offer you the job full time but only pay you $11 instead of the full $14 just because you're not going to be staying for long anyway and she'd rather hire someone she knows and if they find someone while you're still working you'll get booted...would you take it or leave it because of what she said?...

Well, your boss is willing to pay for a loyal employee. Since you are moving - she'll probably pay you your $11 but believe me, she'll be looking for that full-time person. I would look around. There are temp places you could work at for that money.

This happens so much but the double standard in paying is a question that needs to be addressed. If this is a large company take it to the HR if a small company less than 10 people your out of luck.

U need extra money when u move therell be costs for it?how can u paid less then earlier and still manage to move 2-3 months tell them thanks and get a job for atleast 12-13 an hour since itll help u when u move 2-3 months
