Firstly, oncology is the study of tumours, not breast cancer. Also, a mammographer, tends to be a radiologist who understands mammograms. A gynaecologist is someone who studies women's diseases of the reproductive organs.
When I looked up the term on OneLook dictionary this was the only result:
breast specialist - term describing health care professionals who have a dedicated interest in breast health. While they may acquire specialized knowledge in this area, medical licensing boards do not certify a specialty in breast care.
So there you go. According to this, there isn't a certified name for someone who specialises in breast care.

Well it depends on what aspect of that area they are studying. The Obgyn is the doctor for females that checks for things that may be wrong with the female body. A plastic surgen would be the one that does the implants. Someoen who studies them i nthe aspect of in public places would just be a pervert.

if its to do with breast cancer it's an oncologist, if they make them bigger or smaller it's plastic surgeon, if they're just looking it would be "normal" not looking is the "abnormal" behavior, the minority of women giving insults are probably UGLY and upset noone looks at theirs, as most ATTRACTIVE women wear clothing and accessories to encorage you to look cos it makes them feel good to know there looks ARE appreciated or they would dress like a muslim so you saw nothing...ive been told off for not checking out a womans breasts when they randomly flashed me hey you look at my tit's don't just walk past...they might not of been sober though, i was just a random stranger in the street...ok ill admit it made the day better
