i know it's kinda early but my homecoming dance will be in november. i'm gonna be a freshman in high school this year. should i wear my dress to my 8th grade graduation dance to the homecoming dance? i wore a black dress with bronze high heels to my graduation dance, do you think i should wear it again to the homecoming dance?

I say no. The little black dress may be classic, but youre going to still be in school with these people.. and its only been a few months. If you can tweak the dress so it looks different, ie: a colored belt/ wrap, different shoes, etc, you might be able to pull it off. I would go to a place with inexpensive accessories like claires or target. You could get some great stuff for pretty cheap. Just gotta shop around.

On the one hand it would be thrifty of you to wear the dress again.
On the other hand, if there are kids from the 8th grade at school with you now, I wouldn't do it. Kids will talk and there's bound to be one that will make some kind of snotty comment about your wearing the dress twice in a row.

It really only depends on how U feel. If you feel like wearing the same dress is lame, then get a new one. But if you really like it, go with your heart and wear it again. But I'm guessing not to many will notice that your wearing the same dress, because alot of people didnt go to your middle school so they prob didnt see you!

there is nothing wrong with wearing your dress again. if it still fits you then go for it, but try different coloured shoes. i would go for a pair of light blue, baby pink, or red heels. if your dress has spaghetti straps then get a nice shall or a nice jacket to go over top. make sure it's around the same colour as your shoes.

If buying a new dress is financially impossible, dress up the old one with cute accessories. Red is a hot accessory color now so you could accentuate your dress with a red patent leather belt, red shoes and cute red flower in your hair. You don't always have to buy something new, you just gotta know how to work what you already have! :)

No, do something different, you'll enjoy the night more in a new dress. Something about a new outfit that helps to showcase your beauty.

um...well...if u want 2. but personally i prefer u try somethin different. u cud wear a white dress. it wud really make u stand out. or try some lite though brite colors. they make u look special. i wud say no 2 da same thing.
