I believe this is a matter of defining what is "right" and "wrong". Those moral values come from within ourselves and our perspectives and belief systems. Ethics, in my opinion, is a matter of personal philosophy. You could ask a serial killer why he did it, and in HIS mind, and in HIS perspective could justify it, however, to the rest of society's perspective, could be totally "wrong". This comes down to defining what is "wrong" and what is "right". There are no absolutes. Many people like to believe that there "is" and "is not". I don't think things like ethics work that way, much less anything else. There's always exceptions to everything, and huge grey areas. The problem though, is that too many people have polarized thinking and therefore, that's what they mean by people not being able to "think outside the box". We've been conditioned to believe in everything as "is" or "is not", "right" or "wrong", "yes" or "no". That doesn't answer EVERYTHING though. Hence why we have controversial issues. If everything was as easy as a "yes" or "no", "right" or "wrong", we wouldn't have issues like the debate over abortion and the debate over the death penalty and things of that nature. Ethics is a matter of personal perspective.
If you believe in your own perception of your subconscious as "right" then it is. "You think therefore you are", so..if you think it, then that's what it "is". Not how OTHERS perceive it, however, others will be the first to try to prove your logic as flawed a lot of the time.
So, in my opinion...we never make "right" OR "wrong" decisions, we just make decisions. Just like the glass is neither half full or half empty, it's just something we perceive as a glass with something inside it.

Good question because it demands some mental exercise. Difficult to give its answer in a few Minutes. I will have to think about it for two three days.
OK no decision is right or wrong its the situation which turns favorable or unfavorable. if it were not so then every old people would be making a right decision with the help of their experiences.

If all decisions were made in the way you describe, then no. There would be no wrong decisions. But we know this isn't the case. Giving the Presidency to George W. Bullshit is a perfect example of a wrong decision.

Everybody wants to be rich, but not in the same way. We have a core, or destiny, that is particular in each individual. Can we betray that core, be dishonest to ourselves? I would say yes. It's an unlucky day that in wich a poet decides to become a scientist, for whatever reason. How can we make a decision against our own will? Just because our destiny is our destiny, it doesn't mean that we know how to reach it, although we may be naturally gifted for it. There are certain rules: don't forget your roots, etc.

When we make a decision, we use our experiences and knowledge at any given time. We use our sense of judgment but, again, that is based on experiences and knowledge. What you chose to do in a given situation and at a given time may differ greatly in ten years, after you've had other experiences and gained more knowledge.
So, oftentimes we blame ourselves for having made the wrong decision or we suffer with guilt... it is wrong to blame oneself or feel guilt since we can only use what experience and knowledge we have at the time, which is not the same as deliberately and maliciously doing something wrong.
We do only what we CAN do under the circumstances at any given time and with the "tools" available to us at the time.

If you decide to marry someone who turns out a disaster for you then you made a wrong decision.
This can be caused by either insufficient information before making the decision, or the emotions overriding the intellect.

There is nothing like wrong decision. The decision which one takes is right according to his/her perspective while others may fell it is wrong but the person who takes the decision feels that he/she has taken a correct decision.

Of course you can make the wrong decision. But that only helps you from not making that choice again. If is isn't right, it's wrong (or left ...lol).

Every decision or action that you regret, was obviously a bad one. Right decisions don't necessarily equate to good decisions, think about that.
