my daughter is involved with the organization catholic charaties for her kids.she is having trouble with them i need to e-mail an avocate to report this problem

The type of problem that you are having is not stated. Each type of problem is best handled by specific offices.
Catholic Charities, to my knowledge, operates under the oversight of the local bishop. Thus you have two methods of recourse; the diocese or the Catholic Charities organization.
If the problem that you are having is internal to Catholic Charities, you should pursue the matter internally. If the problem impacts Catholic teaching, the diocese, or the Church at large, you should peruse the matter via the diocese.
There are other avenues as well if the problem is of a more serious nature.
