its not that easy dude...already many players...are manufacturing..auto parts..at a very nominal price....first of all u all u nned to come up with some unique thing...or must know all nuances of metal making..and cost reduction...on every stage...
as Pune is already very congested place...try to grab more about..this by wokrking with peoples who are already into auto part manufactruing..and keep check on each and every proces..from casting..to supplying..as many technolgies are being used now a days at each and every stage..
if u already made ur mind :
u nned enough place...for setting up machines(lathe,CNC milling grinding ..casting...or anything as per ur requirements..
then cost cutting is always a big thng...
do get ur client...first..and know about the procurement cost..and know the raw material cost..
as machine delievery will take more than 6 months..and company regisitration..more than month..so u nned atleast 1 yr for everything..as u can't start work before that...
there ar emany more points related to the indstry...but can't mention all here..
