sick this moring, and it was quite bad, im not ever sleeping on a full stomach again so which time is best to have eaten all your food, then going to sleep is it 700pm

It's best to eat 3 or 4 hours before sleeping. Your digestive system slows down when you're asleep. You still digest - but a heavy meal before going to sleep means it doesn't "rest" as it should. Hence, you didn't feel so good the next day. Also try to eat fruit and veg - you will digest your food faster and easier and feel better. A light snack late - probably won't do any harm.

You need to allow at least 4 hrs time between eating a full meal and going to bed for the night. This allows your stomach to digest. If you usually go to bed at 11:oo, then 7:00 sounds about right. Try moving it back to 6:00 eating time and see if it makes a difference.

You should eat a good breakfast adn dinner, then hardly anything late. Probably no food within 3 hours of bedtime is best.
Eating late helps you to gain weight, too.

Generally speaking, eating in the evening is a bad thing. Nothing after 8pm is usually OK.
