I know it sounds corny but try visualising the baby coming. Keep walking around and if it's a real concern let the doctor know so he can reccomend some options... Good luck and congratulations!!!

First of all, the first one can take and normally does take the longest to deliver. A few things to take into mind: has the mucus plug come out yet? How active ahs she been throughout the pregnancy?
First thing she should do is keep walking. Walking helps with the dilation process. Second, make love to her husband or the man in her life. Sperm can actually help with the effacment process. Some people even believe, some doctors too, that spicy food can help.

Stimulation of the breast helps contract. Also, she can drink pineapple juice. Or castor oil but that might make her poop. Have her walk I walked alot when I was at the end of the pregnancy when I went into labor I walked that day for like 6 hours before.
Tell her good luck and hang in there.

Tell her to use her breast pump a couple hours a day. It causes your uterus to contract and encourages the baby to release the hormones that enduce labor. The bulk of the real milk and colostrum isnt released until after delivery, so theres no risk of not having any. She'll be lucky to get much of anything from pumping now.
it worked for everyone i know who's done it.
The next best thing is sex.

lets ust say she can expect to have a long labor.for my 1 st daughtert i was in labor for 21 hours.my bag broke so i went t the hospital and the gave me medicine to start contractions.she can drink castor oil she can get it at like walgreens. it starts contractions, the bad part about it is that it softens your stool.so she is likly to use the bathroom on her self.but in 95 %of pregnanys girls end up using the bathroom any way.cuz there pushng so much.good luck

Lots of walking. With my 1st pregnancy I had sex and it put me in labor strange but true. But mostly she needs to wait for mother nature or the doctor to give in and induce. Good luck to her.

The doctors highly recommend sex. Orgasms bring on contractions, and the guy's semen helps break down the mucus wall. Just tell her to get laid! :D

keep her active. I heard that riding a merry go round a couple of times will send you into labor. Didn't work for me, but two friends who were over due, it worked for them.
