This is an old fashion recipe but it does work.
Pour some apple cider vinegar in to a bowl of water and splash your face thoroughly let it dry without using a towel, If you use this once a day, it will restore the pH balance or acid mantle in your skin.
If you have acne, you can use this too. But start with a clean face.
You can also make this solution and spray it on your face with a spray bottle.

If you want to get rid of zits, face washes shouldn't be your major concern. Most face washes like to claim crazy things like get rid of ur acne in 24 hrs, but essentially all it does is remove the impurities/oil off your face what you want to focus on, since you only get a few zits, is a spot treatment cream, because that is where the medication is actually delivered (i suggest acnefree's terminator, that stuff kills acne like none other, but ONLY use it on spots because if you apply all over it WILL irritate your skin)

Egg yolk makes a great face mask.
Let it dry and then wash it off and it takes all the dirt and old skin with it without irritating your face.

Cetaphil. I work for a Dermatologist and she recommends it to everybody. I also use and I love it. The Neutrogena one will irritate your skin. GOOD LUCK!
